Six days, six nights

• Sun 1 Nov Registration and a meet-and-greet BBQ.
• Mon 2 Nov Brunch at Picnic Point Scenic Lookout, an orientation drive around Toowoomba, and a fun activities afternoon on a rural property.
• Tue 3 Nov Melbourne Cup Day at Clifford Park Raceway — best fashions encouraged, bus transfers provided.
• Wed 4 Nov A drive out to the Australian Army Flying Museum at Oakey through the Darling Downs, then our first formal dinner at The Downs Club.
• Thu 5 Nov A chartered steam train to a country pub lunch and the DownsSteam Rail Museum, followed by a theatre restaurant evening.
• Fri 6 Nov Darling Downs Zoo and a scenic drive down to Gatton for lunch, then an organ concert and dinner back in Toowoomba.
• Sat 7 Nov Show and Shine day in Queens Park alongside the local markets, capped off with the formal dinner and awards.
• Sun 8 Nov A farewell breakfast before everyone heads home.
